“Taking into consideration of Part1 of Article 108 of Constitutional Law of the Republic of Armenia the NA Rules of Procedure the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia Artur Davtyan presented applications to the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia for taking criminal action against the deputy of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, as well as on giving consent for applying the detention as preventive punishment, ” the statement by the RA NA Speaker Ara Babloyan reads.
